Hi Mommies,
In a span of 20 days i hav put on 4 kgs which is actually not good i know..
i need to hav some good diet..
normally i hav idli,dosas n chapati during brkfast n dinner,
Rice in afternoon, 2 glasses of milk per day, dry fruits n fruits..
I do walk for 20-30 min every evening..

I don't know where I'm going wrong in my routine food.

so can u plz suggest me a proper diet to balance my weight further..??
I hav entered into my 21st week today

im also having the same diet...dont worry bout ur wieght gain dear...njou ur pregnancy...atleast u r having a healthy diet..include more liquid quantity in ur diet...like buttérmilk,coconut water, sattu water, lemonade...etc..gaining wieght depand on person to person body also..so be calm & njoy

yeah sure n thnq Dr.Srujana will ask for it in my nxt checkup.. i had both the tests during my 2nd mnth everything was normal..bt still wil ask her again

Hi, I agree with everyone here. But, putting on 4 kg in 20 days? U need to do check for thyroid n sugar also. Please make sure that U talk to ur gynecologist in next visit.
