Hi mommies. My baby is 4 months 12 days old. He is both formula and breastfed. Recently due to me resuming my office work he is more on formula as a result of which he is having less and harder stools at an interval of one day. He is also feeding a bit lesser. How can I relieve his constipation?

Hi,<br>
This is an issue with formula babies. You can ensure the feed isnt too concentrated and also, you can massage regularly with hing paste around navel. Ensure baby is given tummy time daily as well. <br>
