Hi mommies, my baby is G6 pd defficient..any mommies with babies with; g6pd defficiency, what care should be taken while breast feeding and also otherwise also what care should be taken for the baby ?

Exclusively breastfeed baby.. no need to worry about that.. just make sure to avoid certain food items in your diet like fava beans.. and never ever use mehendi- henna on hair or skin.. this is hazardous.. drugs like methylene blue, primaquine, dimercaprol etc are must avoided.. these will significantly affect baby.. talk to your pedeatrician in detail..
