hi mommies, my lo is 2 weeks 3 days and It started as one tiny red dot which increased drastically today morning only on face. I'm confused what's causing this. please help

thanks.. but I do wipe after every feed.. been using all himalaya product for everything.. do u think it's not suitable for his skin?

New borns initially have skin issues till they get adjusted. Wipe mouth and under neck after every feed. Don't run too much on that area. It will subdue by itself...if not...then you need to consult your doctor
