Dear @6372c290e0852e00159b28b2 , weight is good no need for formula. I feel its become a matter of habit rather than day night.confusion. every night baby is awake so.he makes up by sleeping during the day . Try to gradually reduce the day sleep and divided into naps rather than.long strech of continous sleep. Small.naps will help baby not be tired so.baby can sleep better at night. Small changes will help rather than a sudden shift

Apart from the approach mentioned by others , another thing you MUST do is maintain regular activities during the day. As parents we tend to think , bacha so Raha hai, no TV, no washing vessels, etc. This does not help in baby understanding difference between night and day activities. While I don't advocate the approach of not allowing baby to sleep, when a baby sees a difference in activities, in time, he will respond.

@63729949e0852e00159b24e9 Dear current weight of my baby is 6kg. Which is ideal as per his age I think! He is on breast feed only. Do I need to start formula to gain weight?

Dear @6372c290e0852e00159b28b2 , I think ur baby is slightly underweight, can u give me baby current weight . As 3 month old are very active and aware of day time. Try ur best to increase baby weight . As the weight will increase soo will baby wake more in day and sleep more at night.
