Hi mommies n expert doctors, dis is my second pregnency and i have 85 kg weight in the 5th week of pregnency which is much higher as compared to my previous premmie weight of 65,
I want to know what can

be the best diet plan for me so that i may not gain further weight other than the baby weight. At the end of my second pregnency I may weigh above 100 so it's a huge matter of concern for me. Plzz suggest something.
