Hi Mommies planning to join office coming month . As of now managing the baby alone we have an option of creche near office with all facilities like meals and all and also suits my timings but a bit expensive . also I m apprehensive how I will keep my six month old whole day in creche . other option is his grandmother with probably a nanny .

but as per my understanding creche looks better as I can just walkin there anytime and see my baby. 
please share your experiences has anyone kept their babies in full day creche . if yes how do I prepare for it .
