Regarding 6 week vaccination...

My lo is given dtwp, hepatitis b2, rotavirus and PCV 1 and PCV.
IPV 1 and Hib-2 are these mandatory to give. I am not sure why doc cut these 2 vaccines. Attaching.
Please guide whether IPV 1 and Hib 2 needs to be given or not? I am just confused here.
