hi mommies, so i am in my 5th month now 17 weeks and i have already started experiencing back pain. I did have back pain almost 2 years back due to low vitamin d i read that old pains reappear during pregnancy is it true??? and i was thinking of buying a pregnancy u pillow so anybody who used it and thier reviews would be helpful and is it useful after pregnancy for feeding?

ur pains might be cause of wrong posture pls chk. and also u can go for a blood work. that will make clear if its any deficiency

hi dear, the pregnant belly causes pressure on the back, so back pain is common in pregnancy. do not sit or stand for long.<br>
