Feeling palpitations and breathlessness. I know it's common but anyway to ease it? Not able to sleep on any side.

Chamomile tea? Have never heard of it. Is it available on our app? <b><span style="color:#3B5998;"> @619a92cd86bd960014c02de9 </span></b><b><span style="color:#3B5998;"></span></b>

Hey Amruta, i can relate to what you are going through as i had palpitations my entire pregnancy. Ways to ease palpitations is deep breathing, have a cup of chamomile tea (safe in pregnancy one,you can get mom & co.) Or let me know i can send it to you,i have it. It calms down your nerves, lie down in a comfortable position and relax. Try diverting your mind, and if baby is active, try a soothing music which both of you enjoy. And ofcourse a good pregnancy pillow can get you some sleep but wont help with palpi and breathlessness..worked for me,might work for you too.all the best!
