Hi Moms!
From last one week I am facing acute constipation and since 2 days I have also blood in my stool.I am on a quite fibrous food diet and taking enough water.still facing same.
Is the stool softening medicine- CREMAFFIN having following composition :-
Liquid Paraffin
Milk of Magnesia
Is ok to take during pregnancy?

please drink 4-5 litres of water daily measure and have it will give relief i too am doing the same and dont think about it the more u stress on it the more delay it will be
