As the baby is just 3 weeks feed the baby every 2 hrs, once the baby gains birth weight then feed on demand. One breast at a time only then both fore milk and hind milk will be fed.

Feed him on demand . Usually new born baby demands after 1 hour to 2 <u>hours</u> and 10 to 15 times a day.
