hey @616d52da202a1a001308fd11 since you have finished 4 months post normal delivery you can start taking regular walks now. Walk everyday for half an hour twice. Start with 15 to 20 minutes and slowly increase. Start taking care of what you eat. Have 6 small meals with some control on the portion sizes. Weight loss is a lot about healthy controlled eating rather than exercise. As you get stronger you can start including some form of workout in your schedule. Any sort of workout is beneficial. But it's always good to get a balance of cardio , strength and flexibility. So you can start using 1kg weights for toning your arms while walking. Do leg raises, calf raises and wall chair squats to strengthen your legs. You can also start with gentle suryanamaakaras. Baby chakra had shared an article of my yoga videos. You can check them too. But strengthen your body before you begin any abdominal exercises. Start slow with wall push-ups and half planks before moving on to more high intensity workouts. Keep monitoring your weight regularly. Being consistent is the key to lose and maintain weight effectively :) Tc!
