Congratulations! Walking can be started about 30 mins thrice a week . Prenatal Exercises can be started only after 14th week completed . Also , if you have had any spotting or bleeding in the 1st 10 weeks , do not start walking and start Prenatal Exercise only after 20th week . All cereals can be consumed but in moderation .
