hi moms.... m 36 weeks pregnant... had my colored doppler done yesterday... it showed baby position as breeched...dr. said it has to be planned c section if baby's position is not changed... any suggestion how to move baby's head downwards.
please guide.

try it..theres no guarantee tht baby will change position. but no harm as well. i ws suggested some positional manouvers as baby ws breech much earlier <u>on</u>

need some more suggestion ..if that could help me.

i had a breech baby. i ws given some <u>simple</u> exercises to help turn the baby but baby didnt turn n we planned a cesarean. u can ask ur gynec abt the same.
