hi moms... m about to start my 7th month... bit nervous about my delivery and baby..this is my first child... very excited and nervous too.. please guide what precautions to be taken in daily routine and diet and to have positive thoughts about my d day...

Hai simran... even I use to be worry like anything. I was never tensed in my entire life...I use to feel. The feeling and tension are all common. Now you are a mom..and mama's heart worry a lot for babies. Just be relaxed. Now we are in digital world with full of technology... so... Your baby is safe. Eat healthy, eat well. From now onwards..u may feel hungry often. Don't hesitate to eat... Whatever you are doing, eating is for baby. Watch good happy movies. Read inspirational books, listen to your favourite songs... See the whole world...in and around you is caring for you. smile and be happy.

don't worry be happy n be normal my 9th month gng on n mine too its 1st baby. m 2 excited  dont be panic eat healthy n always think positive
