Only Tongue why😋😋.. no offenses there.. but in fever the whole body will be warm/hot and I feel if baby is unwell he/she will give signals in various ways.. feeding time not specifically.. in fact kids stop feeding in illness.. then how will you check fever in that case?? (Think!!)
