my baby boy 4 months 27 days old...
due to some customs we got our baby's ear pierced😔😞 on friday...from yesterday he has got puss in ear... today took him to doc he gave him antibiotics and a ointment for application.....
i'm really affraid abt this....
plz help me out..by ur suggestions...

Do not feel guilty. Babies are unpredictable, there are various reasons as why your child developed infection. Antibiotics will cure this. Apply ointment when he naps or sleeps. And remove the earrings for now.

do not remove d ear rings.n apply soframycin cream.. take care while givingg bath,oil n water ll create more infection

is it normal for babies to develop infection after piercing? <br>
he is very active so even after application its difficult for ointment to stay on his ears...

Hi Ashwini.. Don't worry much. Just keep the wound clean and dab the ointment. And put earrings for now.
