question
Hi moms, my baby is 10 months old. Recently I got a very good job offer from one of my old company which I had worked for. I had left the company not due to any issues, and I would be happy to rejoin. But at a personal level I am really confused about leaving my baby. I have my mil to take care, but I don't really trust her and am afraid my baby would grow less loving to me. My own parents do not approve of taking up a job because they think I am being irresponsible towards the baby. Apart from work-from-home, can you please give me advise, I am so very confused.

Hey if you think things would work out with baby, then do explore this opportunity. Working after becoming a mother doesn't take away your maternal instincts. Make proper arrangements for the baby say hiring a nanny and your mil can supervise both or if not that then checking the nearby day cares. Working mums are not irresponsible neither do their babies are less attached to them. It all depends how you deal with the situation. Spend the time at home with your baby well. A baby can never forget his mother no matter what so don't worry on that front. Infact think of the positives, your child may grow up to be more independent and social. #tagfwd <a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/88635"><b><font color ="#3b5998">asha</font></b></a><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/88635"><b><font color ="#3b5998"> chaudhry</font></b></a> <a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/817"><font color ="#3b5998"><b>Priya </b></font></a><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/817"><font color ="#3b5998"><b>Sood</b></font></a> <a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/109273"><b><font color ="#3b5998">Sheeba</font></b></a><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/109273"><b><font color ="#3b5998"> </font></b></a><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/109273"><b><font color ="#3b5998">Rizvi</font></b></a> working mums in the group, do help her <u>out</u>!
