Hi moms , need an urgent help.. am facing this issue since 2 to 3 days

While feeding him food, my kid doesn't turn to me.. how many ever times i call him, he doesn't even respond a bit..

While playing on the floor, if i make any small sound, he immediately responds to it. Is he doing this act playfully ? Am really worried 😖😖😖

Also i have observed that there is some kind of dust in his ears.. how do u ppl clean it ?

Please help
