Hi mom`s,I am facing constipation problem,since I started taking iron nd calcium tablets,nd my mil suggested me to take banana ,nd mango is it safe to have banana,carrot nd mango during pregnancy,.please suggest me

I consume bananas and mangoes every day! It helps to keep constipation away.<br>
Also lots of fluids and regular walks help! My doctor has <u>suggested</u> isabgol <u>incase</u> of severe constipation.

Anything in small quantity can be taken. Take fibre rich foods, it will help in digestion.
