Hi, some labs will themselves give this 75grms pouch (in my case they gave it)  and will make u drink it, usually they take the blood sample after 2 hrs. Do not drink much water after u drink the glucose. also kindly purchase plain glucose 75grms packet it's easily available at all medical stores.

dear shreya lots of hugs ..Dr gave me some white glucose powder 75 grms pouch. U can purchase it from any pharmacy. As Dr adviced me to take this powder after light breakfast at 8 in morning after consuming this only water can be consumed for next 2 hours .After 2 hours blood sample should be given. This is PG2BS test..U can purchase readymade GTP kit from pharmacy. I hope u this information help u. lolz&#128536;&#128536;&#128536;
