hi moms,I underwent c-section 10 days back. I started breast feeding after 3 days. my baby does not latched to right breast so I started feeding him from left breast. now the black area below nipple in right breast has become very hard and baby just don't want to take it in mouth. I'm very worried please guide

Place a warm compress on the hardened part and then gently massage the area. You may need to repeat this a few times. Also express milk to soften and empty the ducts. Once the area feels soft try and latch baby on. It is best to feed baby on both sides as this will ensure that milk production is not hampered in either breast.

apply dologel..its completely safe 4 u n baby if he sucks ur nipple wid it too bt make sure 2 wash it bfor latching...dis gel will make d skin soft in 2-3 go...hop it ll help..
