Hey please don't feed anything to baby till she turns 6 months old. She should be exclusively on breast feeding. You can give her soft rubber toys/ bathing toys to chew, you get in hamleys. That will calm her. I won't recommend teether filled with water/gel as you need to be very very careful to ensure it dosen't burst in her mouth n she don't intake the content.

actual teething may start after 1-2 months. it's gum irritation prior to that. try giving her sum jaggery to lick. which wil divert her mind. showing sum musical light toys , etc
