this is not the time to start anything..&#160; take rest at least for 2 months.. if you are willing to do something you can&nbsp; walk for few minutes only..<br> in my opinion enjoy being with your baby n eat healthy.. think about the weight loss after few months.. body needs time to heal.

ensure u drink 3 ltr of liquids everyday and 1 ltr of.milk. this will help u milk production as well as flusing out any toxins

nothing before 6 months. this time ur body needs loads of rest and good nutrition..focus on both. negligence can effect ur body. u can walk lightly after every meal and also avoid oily and junk

after 6 months..though now you can start with light walking..eating healthy, taking ample rest..eat good fats..they help in reducing weight and most important exclusive breastfeed your child..you will loose weight drastically..but you need to keep a watch on what you eat..avoid too much <u>fats</u>
