Afiya, dear its normal,disturbed sleep during this time. If you can then buy a C or U shaped pillow so that you can support your back and bump. For normal delivery,ask your gynae,she might advise,squats but only after 36 weeks, walk for atleast 30 mins daily, do household work as much as you can ,just dont pick heavy objects and listen to your body,dont over exert. Kegels and butterfly exercise you can do now as well. Practice deep breathing exercises but under an expert supervision. And a lot depends on how your labour progresses,all these things can only help in normal delivery but nothing can ensure it! All the best,just be calm and read about labour,relax and be positive! All will be good.
