my 2.5 year old coughs badly after drinking milk from bottle. it continues for half n hr or so. doc had prescribed montair lc for a month which has reduced the duration of coughing but not stopped. what do I do? he is otherwise a happy child but very irritated due to disturbed sleep or as side effect of medicine.

thanks! does montair lc cause irritation also? I have not yet completed one month dosage n stopped in between as my lo was getting mad at anything n everyone

Your little one is old enough to stop using the bottle. If cough is associated with the bottle just switch over to a glass. Bottles used so long will cause jaw development issues.
