hi my 7 week is going on according LMP but in ultrasound  its showing 5 weeks 3 days and even heartbeat of baby is slow (80) . I am already taking ecosprin 75 mg and lunopin 40 mg Injection daily ....plz advise what should I do so that baby growth and heartbeat both increased.. .
