Hi.  Thanks for the reply..  But my concern is that my baby poops very runny just like water and sometimes it is very foamy too, n does many times a day say 7-8 times ( little in quantity each time). N also while peeing it comes off sometimes,  but she is happy n gaining weight.. All this started the day she entered 3rd month,  before that she used to poop twice a day n consistency was semi-solid. So from past 2 months all this started,  is it normal..?

babies can go without poop upto 6-7 days or poop a lot in 1 day... its normal...

There is no such thing. It will be varying.
