Hi my baby did not poop for last 2 days .

Today he did but the stools were hard and he faced problem in passing them.This is the first time in 3 months that his stools were a bit dry. He is an exclusively breastfeed baby.Does it mean he is constipated ? And what is it that I should not eat to avoid constipation.
