Baby is probably ingesting air with the bottle feed which is giving a gur gur sounds.. burping the baby after each feed will help..also apply hing and water paste around babies naval area..don't worry it will be ok..also once check with doctor

But what to do madam becoz of bottle feed it's like that ha..I'm so worried about that..
