Hi my baby had his vaccination yesterday today when he pooped the colour n texture was different the poop yellow n also had something black in poop.. is it due to vaccination or something else? Is it something to worry..
No it is not due to vaccination, baby sometimes do black yellow green all sort of rainbow poop, if it is frequently the same then do inform the doctor on visit.
