hi my baby is 1 month old. for first 20 days my milk supply was good. baby was satisfied. about meri milk bahut kam hot a ja raha hai. I am pushing very hard. pumping and giving it to my baby. pump Kerne par bhi bahut kam supply aati . medication se bhi help nahi hai.zayda pump karne se pain hot a hai chest me in. I am taking all the pain just to atleast continue till 40 days. day by day supply drops take limit hogaya hai. 40 days take Anna feed dene se baby ki immunity system strong hojayega. as a age me in aur nahi de paungi . plz suggest.
zandus satavarex 2 spoons in a big glass of milk at bedtime worked for me

make your baby suck as many times as possible. try having raw papaya and garlic. take liquids. once you start having good diet u can see difference. But don't stop feeding ur baby. Still if you feel you r having a problem consult your gynaecologist

yes take satavarex powder atleast 3 times each day with milk...it helps with immediate effect
