hi shilpa, i also delivered by c-section... i used to feed from day 1 although milk flow had not come... to make milk flow steady, best way is to have the baby suckle... dard hota hai, sabko hota hai... thoda sehan karlogi toh baby ke liye bahut fayda hoga... soch lo.... sochke decision lo...

abi summer hai toh milk ko room temperature pe store karna acha ni hoga.. isse better h ki aap milk express kar k refrigerator me rakhye.. aur feeding ke adhe ghante pehle bahar nikal lijye.. ya fir garam paani ke ek utensil me bottle ko dal k rakhye taaki milk thanda na rahe.. refrigerator me ek din tak store kar skte hai.. <br> waise aap pump kyu karna chahte hai? lactation expert se milye.. aur bache ko bottle se dudh na pilaye.. isse wo breast refuse karega hamesa.. spoon se feed karaye..
