Richa the total calcium intake including milk, curd, paneer etc should be less than 300 ml, at this age iron food should be given importance and lot of calcium will hinder the iron absorption, so be careful with that. Also cow milk is addictive and fill the tummy, concentrate on solids.

You can still breastfeed until two years. Initially give diluted milk of one cup, if no allergies then gradually increase.
