My baby is 14m old.. he has upper 2 teeth and both are turning brownish .. what is the reason.. what's the remedy ..

And can we use toothpaste for such small kids ? Bcoz they don't know how to spit it out

This could be due to excess Flouride in the paste and also if too many sweets are given to the child. Check with a dentist in person for further evaluation
