I agree with Sheetal. The more you feed the more milk is produced. Check if your baby urinates minimum of seven times a day and gains weight which indicates that your milk supply is adequate. you should try and breastfeed as much you can because the baby is too small. and the more you breastfeed it will stimulate your gland and your milk supply might increase. don't give up yet. and why do u think ur baby isnt full ? please keep trying. and the times when baby is not feeding try to pump it. it's better for your baby to get breastmilk. my milk supply increased only after I frequently nursed. my doctor was very strict about not to give top feed.

It's a big No No.... plz try to increase ur milk production.... by stimulating try cumin wid milk... try shatavari with milk twice a day. .. It worked for me..
