hi hema , baby should double her birth weight by six months and your babys weight is going fine. if your baby is happy and healthy,active no.matter if she looks lean it doesn't matter at all. u can only give your milk it will provide life time immunity to your baby .after 6 months start giving nutritious food. please stop listening to what people say, and check all.babys milestones m sure she must be doing good ...so now stop worrying :)
