keep it dry. Check other areas with skin folds like armpit and groin as well.

That is the area which does not get air and often under sweat. Doctor suggested neospirin powder for us. Once the baby gets neck support it will go on its own. Nothing to worry. Keep it dry.

Wipe the area with a cloth dipped in warm water a few times a day. Remember to Pat dry after wiping. if it still persists after a couple of days have a doctor look at it.
