Rolling over can happen by about six months. Give baby some tummy time as this will encourage baby to work on the back and shoulder muscles. The pincer grasp also develops between four to six months. However if you hand baby something they should be able to hold for a bit although loosely. Try with your fingers and if you can feel the baby holding then there is no cause for concern. Your baby is probably not interested in the things that are being offered for holding.
