is it only fever? some viral fevers are highgrade n take few days to respond. but since baby is too young, kindly rely on ur docs advice. <br> my daughter had fever going to 103 at 3 months age- it took abt 4 days to start responding to medicine.<br> in addition to meds pls pls do sponging. and dont wrap up the baby in warm clothes or blanket. only a light cover pls..

if fever is not going down, do consult with doctor once again... and you should put strips of cloth with cool water( not too cold) and wipe baby's body with warm water... it is safe.. do it as soon as possible....

has the doctor recommended cold water stripes to put on baby's forehead or just sponge the baby's hands n legs with cold water (u can mix 2 drops of eu di cologne)...check with doctor before doing this ...I have done this for my baby during fever
