i want to reduce my weight what can i do; if i do dieting it effect feeding

You dont go on a diet just eat in moderation and eat right. Consume alot of fruits and salads also include dal and steamed rice in ur meals. Avoid fried and junk. Thats all...also brisk walk for atleast 20 mins daily. Should be good as of now.

Hey if you are feeding then don't do diet, just avoid oily spicy food, if you had c section delivery, then now you can start with walking, for other exercises consult once with your gynecologist take care

Take a healthy diet , no need of eating less.. exclusive breast feeding will help reduce all the extra weight ..but takes time...eat healthy n relax ..
