hi my baby is 6 months old...can I add milk to carrot puree...Instead òf water? ..also for taste can I add little sugar? Please advice

no sugar. you can add a bit of breast milk to make the puree <u>thin</u>

Try honey instead of sugar and babies are OK even if u don't add any salt or sugar as everything is new for them. My doc strictly said no to salt sugar honey till 1yr.as far as milk is concerned add top milk like Nan or Lactogen rather than regular milk.

Hi there.. Yes <u> @63729b593f31520016a69b80 </u> is correct, it's not advisable to add salt or sugar in food upto one year.. Carrot having its natural sweetener so when u do boil n do puree its little sweeter only, u can add jaggery or brown sugar a pinch later instead of white sugar in which ever puree u want.
