hi bhuvana. is there any smell in the urine ? it might be an infection. pls consult with ur doctor. and my doctors never prescribed gripe water. go to ur doctor pls before administering anything. increase ur baby's fluid intake. breastfeed more often. it's summertime, if u have started juices then u can increase that as well. don't give citrus fruit juices as it can sometimes result in diaper rash.

give him/her gripe water may be due to gastric issue or consult with doc.

is the baby taking feed ?

give fluid as much as possible..as baby is 6th months u can give coconut water 1spoon daily even juices
