My baby is just 3 days old.i started feeding by lying down,as i coulnt sit.Now my breasts are big and have some lumps, which is painful to me..is lumps normal?? and how to handle this

make sure baby is latching properly when u r feeding while lying down. gradually try to sit up and feed. My babys massage lady would help me to loosen up the lumps in breasts.

keep massaging ur breats b4 every feed little in circular motions....n use warm water too over breast..while bathing....wipe clean tgem with warm cloth b4 feeds bcoz its summers now n we tend to sweat more....wipe off breasts clean..b4 every feed...also eat aomething after every feed n b4 feed frink a glass of warm water too....for ease in flow...good luck...

yes lumps are normal n milk supply will be high initially.. gently massage on the area with warm cloth n feed ur baby.<br>

yes lumps are normal. bt do take care dat the lumps dosent increase orelse it ll create a problem. and keep on massaging d lump area genlty by ur hand it ll help you out
