Hi, My baby is just four days old and on third day doc said the sodium level is high and my milk formation is less so they need to put baby in NICU and give formula milk. The milk will bring the balance back third day. the process is done and its all normal now. this is my first pregnancy and i had c section. now my milk formation has increased and i have started bf her. baby has the habit of sleeping whiling bf. i keep waking her up and make her take milk and after 10 min she stops. however somehow i have stress back in my mind if the baby is getting sufficient milk and if everything is fine. all her other activities like urine motions are normal. please help i am really worried full time. also please let me know if i can give her formula milk in addition to mine as i am unsure if she is satisfied.
