Hi my baby is now complete the 4 month. My problem is relating to my health I am having bad backaches. I get angry so quick where as I was very calm person but now a days I am so frustrated and short tempered.
Can you please help me over come from this problem

Hey dear .. mood swings are common during pregnancy.. keep calm and divert your mind.m listen to music , cultivate some hobby like gardening or read books .. <br> For tablets please ask your gynecologist as it has to be in prescription...take care

You need some me time. Take a break , short time and spend for yourself. For back aches keep a pillow behind and sit ,maintain right posture while feeding, drink lots of fluids.

Hey, that's completely normal. A group hug to you. Whenever your husband is home leave the baby with him and go for a walk. On weekends make sure to go out and spend some time with yourself. It's fine to have a messy home, lots of laundry and cooking left behind. All of us do so. And you can get a abdominal belt for yourself which supports your back. Also take iron and calcium supplements. Get a play gym or mobile toys which can engage the baby for some time and you can sit back and relax. We have been there. And still someday are full of ups and downs. Don't worry. That's motherhood. And you will rock it.
