hello lovena.. breast pain occurs due to few reasons.. if you feel breast are full so express some milk.. improper latching, check baby sucking aerola not just nipples. new moms are prone to get pain in the breast.. soreness or breakage are also possible.. ask your dr. if pain is not relieved.. medication or gel will help.

Hi loveena tightness of breast and pain occurs with new moms if production of milk is more than feeding the baby...when breast filled with milk and doesn't release it becomes hard and very painful too. In this case you need to take warm bath...wash your breast with warm water and release extra milk by pressing it softly.Keep feeding your baby on every two hours it will be OK soon...take care and enjoy motherhood &#9786;
