best solution is to put sum hing mixed in hot water on his navel..it will help in gas relief and will clear his motion.

baby is on exclusive breastfeed...from last 2 days he's having gas problem so hv given him colicoid drops nothing else

Massage the lower abdomen gently with warm oil. You can also use an infant suppositories which is available at the chemist. However do discuss this with your doctor. If baby is exclusively breast fed then constipation is not likely. If you have given something to the baby from outside like even iron drops then this can pose a problem
