Hi, my blood sugar level in fasting was 95 and before and after every meal is as shown in the pics. My doc asked me to take Metformin 500mg after every meal. Is it okay? As blood sugar is not that much high but my baby is weighing 3weeks more than it should be.
Fetal weight is on higher side because of the gestational diabetes.. take the prescribed medicine properly and follow the protein rich sugar free diet to get the better results.. meanwhile take regular look on blood sugar levels and drink more water, go for brisk walks..

Hi shivangi ,my doc also adviced me to check sugar alternate days..nd ds vary each day she told me if fasting num r above 100 nd after meals bcms above 140 ..u hav to take insulin..im checking fr sugar fr two mnths..sm times fasting bcomes above 100..if ur doc prescribed to do u hav to follow her..i too wish some tab is dere other thn insulin..tc..
